Terms of Service

Hava Club is a technology company building a digital home for Jewish life and exploration. We are not a religious institution and we do not certify conversion or any religious status. When the platform opens, members will be able to learn from independent rabbis. Their teaching is their own.

Right now, Hava Club is in waitlist mode. You sign up to be notified when membership opens. You are not yet a member and you have not been charged.

Membership will come in two layers:

• · Layer A: the Hub. A monthly subscription for access to community, events, dating, and messaging.
• · Layer B: the Path. A one-time course that unlocks the verified rabbi marketplace and your Verified Student badge.

Prices, billing terms, and refund policies for each will be presented at checkout. Once you accept those, they become part of these Terms.

To keep Hava Club safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• · Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• · Misrepresent who you are.
• · Share content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• · Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission.
• · Resell or share your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will tell you why, and when reasonable, give you a chance to correct it.

You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform so we can run the service. If you delete your account, we will remove your content within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep records for legal reasons.

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it safe and useful, and we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Hava Club is a platform for connection and learning. We do not provide religious certification, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. Information shared inside Hava Club, including by rabbis and other members, is for personal and educational use only.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hava Club and its team will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date. If the change is material, we will let active members know by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hava Club is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
