Hava Club is a technology company building a digital home for Jewish life and exploration. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English wherever possible.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address.
When you create an account or become a member (future): profile information you provide (name, photo, location, interests), activity inside the platform, and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe does.
Automatically: standard web logs (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics, plus anonymous performance data via Vercel Speed Insights.
How we use it
- · To send you account and product communications.
- · To run and improve the service.
- · To prevent fraud and abuse.
- · To comply with the law when required.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run ad networks. We do not use cookies to track you across the web.
Who handles your data
We work with a small set of trusted services:
- · Supabase for database and authentication
- · Vercel for hosting and analytics
- · Resend for email delivery
- · Stripe for payment processing
- · Anthropic for AI features
Each of them has their own privacy practices and is responsible for the security of the data they process on our behalf.
Your choices
You can:
- · Unsubscribe from product emails at any time using the link in any email.
- · Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- · Ask us to delete your account and data.
To exercise these rights, email hello@hava.club. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Hava Club is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date. If the change is material, we will let active members know by email.
